Conditions of Sale
Should you for any reason
not be satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a replacement or
a full refund within 8 days. This policy is entirely at our discretion, please
refer to our Terms and Conditions for clarification of the formal agreement
between us.
Faulty goods
If your have any problems with your picture then you should let us know within
2 days of receieving your order. We will replace the picture. If for any reason
you believe there is a fault with your goods then you should notify us immediately.
We will replace all faulty goods immediately upon receipt if a genuine defect
is found.
If no fault is
found
Please note that a charge of £10 (exc. VAT) plus carriage costs will be
made to cover our inspection costs on all returned products that are found to
have no fault.
Exchanging goods
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a swap or exchange service for your original
order. Alternative orders can be placed by ordering directly through the website.
Goods ordered in
error
We may accept the return of goods ordered in error provided that we are notified
within three days of receipt and the items are returned as new in the original
packaging. There will be no charge if the goods ordered in error can be exchanged
for the correct products. Goods that cannot be exchanged for the correct products
are subject to a handling charge of £25 (exc. VAT) or 10% of order value
(exc. VAT), whichever is the greater. Please note that goods ordered in error
that are not exchanged ‘as new’ will be returned at the customer’s
expense.
Goods supplied
in error
We will make arrangements for the collection of hard copy confirmed goods supplied
in error. As no liability for products supplied against verbal orders will be
accepted, please note that hard copy confirmation is essential.
Unwanted goods
Please note that in certain circumstances, provision of full refunds will be
determined at our own discretion due to the bespoke nature of our framed products.
Sale or Return
We do not supply goods on sale or return under any circumstance. Also, please
be aware:
1. Goods must be carefully repacked
in the original packaging and returned in good condition.
2. Shipping costs for orders can only be refunded if the product is faulty or
damaged.
Returns process
To make sending things back as convenient as possible, we have designed our
returns procedure to be quick and easy:
Step 1 - Notification
1. Please complete our Returns
Form (click to download) and email it to: orders@redcoverprints.com
or call 0208 7721110 and ask for Atinuke quoting your order number and stipulating
the reason for the return.
Step 2 - Returning the goods
2. Once the Returns Form or notification
has been received, we will instruct you on how to return your order.
3. Goods must be returned in the full original packaging.
4. Once received, we will replace or refund the returned order as required.
Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.
